“Lead Times
Once open, Marvin will cross-dock orders at the Reno distribution center as we do today at facilities across U.S. Please note that this will add approximately 3-5 business days to current lead times. The acknowledged week of delivery communication will reflect the additional transit time.
Ship Complete
As of June 3, when selecting “Ship Complete” during the order process in Marvin’s Order Management System (OMS) please be aware that orders will not be shipped until all product has been received at the Reno distribution center. Please note that delivery communications will share any changes to the week of delivery until the order is complete and will deliver.
Jobsite Delivery
For orders placed on or after June 3, please note that a minimum quantity of 48 individual openings are required to request jobsite delivery from Marvin. Jobsite delivery requests must also include a ship complete request at time of order placement in OMS. Marvin jobsite delivery service is $2,500 per phase, and all jobsite delivery requirements are available online here.”
