Over the holidays and in the beginning of the new year, the Milgard Temecula factory has been making improvements to its factory to 
increase quality and efficiency.
By the end of January, Milgard will be using new standard glass packaging that will help reduce damage by adding cardboard protection on all sides of the glass.
During the holiday, they added two new shipping bays, increasing the total from 22 bays to 24 and allowing for more product to be shipped more quickly.
Milgard also invested in a new “Robo Flo” Door line that will increase the number of doors they can produce from 120 doors per day up to 160 doors per day, improving production by 33%. This new production line will also create cleaner door welds. It will be up and running by the end of January.
