Designer Window Supply's customer service could not have been better. We built a contemporary house with lots of large glass windows and doors, and Designer Window Supply (DWS) interfaced with the window product company we selected, overseeing all steps from the measuring, layout, facilitating the purchase and delivery of the windows, to any issues that occurred after our builder had them installed. Our builder's installer made some significant mistakes, and DWS made sure that the window company technicians came out and rectified those to our satisfaction. Specifically, Pete K. who is the customer service expert on our account, was extremely responsive, and kept us in the loop with all his interactions and progress getting the window company out to our house. We couldn't be more pleased, and am very glad we used DWS for everything. They have my highest recommendation.
