Filing a Warranty Claim

Before reaching out, review the product warranty that came with your purchase. Warranty claims are handled by the original dealer who sold and installed your product. If your dealer is no longer in business, our team is happy to help wherever we can.

What to have ready for faster support:

  • Mannufacturer name
  • Original sales order number (if available)
  • Year purchased
  • Location of the window or door in your home
  • Description of the issue
  • Photo of the issue
  • Photo of the etched logo or “bug” in the bottom corner of the glass
