Jeld-Wen Wood Window Price Increase goes into effect on July 2, 2025.
Starting June 11, 2025, all orders manufactured for Andersen® rectangular architectural specialty windows, rectangular architectural casements, entry doors with rectangular glass, and residential commercial doors will feature stainless steel glass spacers as their new standard offering, with black and white glass spacer upgrades available.
Andersen Windows will have a price increase on Monday, June 30, 2025. Attached is the Andersen June 2025 price adjustment letter. The last day to purchase Andersen with current pricing is FRIDAY, JUNE 27, 2025.
Vinyl Windows and Patio Doors TINTED AND TEXTURED GLASS OFFERING CHANGES • We have discontinued Glue Chip and Narrow Reed textured glasses and Solar Cool Bronze, Solar Cool Gray, Azurlite, Graylite II, Evergreen, 42 Clear, and Delta Frost tinted glasses for all Vinyl product lines. • Going forward, we will offer three textures (Obscure, Rain, Matte Frost) and four tints (Gray, Bronze, Spandrel Black, Spandrel Gray). Effective Monday, June 30, 2025, Andersen will implement a price increase applied via a discount adjustment. The final day to order Andersen products at current base pricing will be Friday, June 27, 2025.
Now with LSL Stiles and Rails TruStile Wood doors have featured engineered lumber stile and rail cores since being integrated into the TruStile product line from Woodharbor Doors over ten years ago. Over that same time, TruStile’s upgraded Reserve Wood doors have featured LSL (Laminated Strand Lumber) stile and rail cores. LSL cores provide enhanced strength and stability – in addition to a higher swing weight – when compared to lumber cores. Due to supply chain optimization, TruStile is pleased to announce that all TruStile Wood door orders placed as of May 27, 2025, will now feature LSL core stiles and rails. Update from T.M. Cobb: “As you are all aware, the global trading environment is rapidly evolving. Since the beginning of February, the US administration signed several executive orders imposing tariffs including a 20% China tariff, 25% on non- USMCA compliant goods from Mexico and Canada, with further action on Mexico/Canada expected in April, and an additional 25% tariffs for steel and aluminum. As a direct result of these tariffs, we will be increasing prices on all Therma Tru products. Please note, if any additional tariffs are imposed, further adjustments may be necessary. The product remains NFRC certified and will continue to be built with the same quality craftsmanship. Update to LaCantina V2 Folding Doors Lead Times: Effective immediately, both the White and Shadow Black finishes for V2 Folding Door Systems will now be considered “optional colors.” As a result, these colors will have a lead time of 14 weeks. All other optional colors will continue to have a lead time of 12 weeks. Standard colors will continue to have a 10 week lead time.

As of today, Monday, July 15th, the New Design for Tuscany Casements and Awnings will be the only option available – the Old Design will not appear in CTB+. The New Design has two different Glazing OA Options. CTB+ will default to the 7/8” option – but, you can change to the 1 1/8” option! The 1 1/8” OA Glass Option includes the current Glazing Bead.

Effective June 24, 2024, Marvin will offer Matte Black Hardware as a selectable option in OMS for Ultimate Wood Double Hung (UWDH), Ultimate Wood Single Hung (UWSH) and Ultimate Wood Double Hung Round Top (UWDH RT) products. These are the first Ultimate Wood products to be offered with Matte Black hardware.

Vacuum Insulating Glass (VIG) provides similar or superior thermal performance to conventional double glazing in the thickness of a single glass lite.
